To All COLA LO Members,
Well we all knew it was only a matter of time until it would begin. This week a Willamette Week author placed his Kayak on Lake Oswego and went paddling in the Lake.
Ironically he used Millennium and Sundleaf Park's to access the lake as many had predicted. A video of his activity is posted at the following link:

One has to wonder if anyone will take action on this activity? Will we now have " Occupy" Lake Oswego? Will the LOPD be investigating the incident?
At what point will this administration begin to protect the property rights of homeowners in Lake Oswego rather than giving them away consistently or taking them for other purposes?
Are the policies of this administration actually intended to lower property values as many stated in the recent planning commission hearing? Many in the community are wondering.
