

This is the second post in a period of a week and the comment isn't entirely flattering. In the post the author states:
Hoffman's been publicly accused of serious conflicts of interest in connection with the project, but he plows right ahead with a straight face. Most recently, an official city survey on the streetcar came back with a stinging thumbs-down from the Lake O. taxpayers. But the mayor simply won't let this particular zombie die.
The post can be found at: Worth a Thousand Words. It describes one Portland perspective on the reason the Streetcar and Foothills are being pushed so hard despite public sentiment. Portland voters know the issues all too well but this represents one perspective.
