Residents Provide Differing Views on Debt & Bonds

To All COAL LO members,

Last week residents provided several articles on city debt and the proposed bond measures for the fall ballot.

The different views were clearly communicated in several articles in the LO Review.

 The first article questions the current direction of city administration in terms of the level of debt issued so far and future plans.

   Clearly voters have opposing views on the issue of debt and candidates will need to ensure that all voters are full informed on the facts.
