Lake Oswego Citizen Questions Use of Library Funds for Schools.

To All COLA LO members,

Lake Oswego citizen David White submitted an article in the Review this week questioning the use of $414K in funds which were originally set aside for the Library.   The council recently voted to increase franchise fees on its citizens (for cable utilities etc)  and also to transfer these funds from the city to LOSD along with the Library funds.  

Councilman Jeff Gudman and citizens have responded to this article as it is an important consideration for the city and its residents, especially Library users.
