Councilor Jeff Gudman Questions Viability of Streetcar in Oregonian

To All COLA LO Members,

Councilor Jeff Gudman submitted an article to the Oregonian this week with additional facts about the proposed Streetcar.    It offers additional insight into the project and its costs.   

The article is a good reference regarding core issues on this project and its eventual cost to residents of Lake Oswego.
