Clackamas County clerk Sherry Hall has certified the signatures on the petition to place the Sellwood Bridge fee before county voters. The May Ballot will have Clackamas County voters provide their determination if County residents should provide $22 million in fees to pay for the Sellwood Bridge by giving these funds to Multnomah County.
