Councilor Karen Bowerman RESIGNS!

To All COLA LO Members,

Last night in a dramatic statement City Councilor Karen Bowerman resigned after serving only 2.5 years of her 4 year term when elected in 2012.   Many in the community are stunned by her announcement.


A recent newcomer to the community, she won the most votes in 2012 in a dramatic election that saw the council direction change dramatically away form the "tax and spend" philosophy of governance.
