Oregonian Says Reject Portland School Bonds - Is LOSD next?

To All COLA LO Members,

The Oregonian editorial published this week tells residents to VOTE NO on Portland Public School Bonds but approve the levy for operations.     It's another major change in the traditional support for schools in Oregon.
