LO COUNCIL & Portland Council Approve Streetcar

To all COLA LO members,

Tuesday evening the LO City Council approved the streetcar as the LPO in a vote of 4-3 despite overwhelming public testimony against the project.    Today the Portland City council voted for the project 4-1.  

We will be providing links to video and positions over the next few days.  This commits the city to spending funds to move the project forward this year.
