More Details Emerge from the WEB Sale

To All COLA LO members,

More details are emerging on the sale of the WEB building.  The results keep looking even better than expected.    It looks like the sale was nearly $3 million in excess of what was owed on the property.

That means our City will not have to write a check to the buyer.    In addition a small parcel of land on Kruse Way near the facility may also be sold to another buyer.  

The question now is what will the council do with a one time infusion of more than $3 million in funds?   Time will tell but its certain that the extra funds are needed within the community.
