Plans to build athletic fields at Luscher Farm are seriously being challenged by many residents. Several articles and comments on blogs over the past two weeks have challenged the efforts by the City and the process used by the PRAB (Parks and Recreation Advisory Board) to change the use of Luscher Farm toward athletic fields.
